Frequently Asked Questions

We are delighted to offer reservations Tuesday through Saturday at 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM for the first seating, and 8:00 PM and 8:15 PM for the second seating. 

We can accommodate up to 6 guests.  For groups larger than 6, we kindly ask you to contact our Events Team (events@yugin.nyc). 

Reservations are available up to 4 weeks in advance.  

Please note, your reservation is not confirmed until you speak with one of our team members. In case we are unable to reach you, your reservation will be cancelled, and payment will be refunded.  

Children aged 14 and above are welcome to dine at YŪGIN. 

In keeping with omakase tradition, we require guests to avoid fragrances, taking photos or videos, and making phone calls during the experience. 

The experience is thoughtfully paced over approximately two and a half hours, allowing guests to enjoy each course in an intimate and highly immersive setting. 

We kindly ask our guests to arrive on time to ensure a seamless dining experience. Reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Should you arrive after 30 minutes, please be advised that the reservation will be canceled, and the full price will be charged.

Please provide at least two business days’ notice for any allergies or dietary restrictions so the culinary team can prepare with care. Unfortunately, vegan, vegetarian, and all meat and no raw diets cannot be accommodated at this time.  

We kindly ask our guests to abide by a business casual dress code (jackets are not required) to keep up the elegance of our club. Our dress code will be strictly enforced.  

Encouraged: Chinos, Khakis, Slacks, Non-Faded Jeans (with no significant rips or frays and of a uniform color), Collared Shirts, Loafers, Clean Fashion Trainers, Shoes.  

Not Permitted: Shorts, Joggers, Athletic Wear, Caps, Collarless Shirts, Dirty Trainers, Flip Flops. 

We are pleased to accommodate guests who wish to bring a special bottle from their personal collection (must not be on our wine list). A corkage fee of $170 per 750ml bottle ($340 per magnum) appliesWhen making reservations, please let us know if you choose to bring your own wine and kindly share the label. 

For parties of 7 guests or more, we kindly direct you to our events team for coordination. Please inquire to events@yugin.nyc for tailored options and availability. 

Guests should arrive at the 59th Street entrance located at 767 Fifth Ave (between Fifth & Madison) and enter the Coco’s at Colette lobby where they will be greeted by our reception teamGuests will be then graciously escorted to the 37th floor 

Cancellations or changes must be made at least two (2) business days in advance of your reservation; all cancellations or changes made within the two (2) business days is non-refundable. For Tuesday reservations, cancellations must be received by the preceding Friday. For Wednesday reservations, cancellations must be received by the preceding Saturday.
